I didn't do a whole bunch yesterday. When into town and walked around the different set of booths. This was an area where you can camp with some hookups and put up a booth to sell whatever you have to sell. It is more of a garage sale then a commercial vendor area. Really not much there that interested me as most of it was just old household goods and IMHO rusted junk. I'm sure this stuff interests some people, just not me.

Since I had some time to kill I cruised through a few on the RV dealers. I really shouldn't do that type of thing as there is always something that catches my eye. Luckily I've put so much work into my trailer this past summer and just starting to get it the way I want it, that anything I look at I just think of all the work I have done and all that would need to be done to something new, that is quashes my enthusiasm quickly. But I could do some cool things with that small toy hauler that I looked at :)

I'm getting into a routine now. I have been getting up around 7:30 each morning. I then go out and start up the generator to get the battery chargers going. At the same time I take Spud out for a walk. Once back to the trailer I make a pot of coffee, turn on the TV for the morning news/weather and check emails. For the next couple hours I cleanup the place a bit, check propane levels and do anything else I think needs to be done around camp while the generator runs.

After a couple of hours the batteries are pretty much recharged so I start planning my day. I have been going into town to look around as I'm still investing the area. Before noon is a good time because there are still not a lot of people there and it's cool enough to be comfortable. Noon comes around and I grab a bite to eat, check out a few more area and get back to the trailer around 3:00pm.

I'll pull out the lounge chair and sit outside in the sun for a bit, maybe read or just listen to the radio as I scan the countryside with the binoculars. Once back inside I'll do a bit of web surfing, cook up a meal and walk Spud a time or two. By now it's 6pm so I catch the evening news on TV and see if there is anything on to watch that night. Around 7 I'll fire up the generator again for an hour or two to top off batteries as I enjoy watching TV at night. I'll turn off the generator and plug the TV and satilite system into the inverter for a night TV. So far it looks like I'm using about a gallon of gas a day for the generator.

After another round of web surfing bedtime comes about midnight as I get ready for another day. I know it doesn't sound exciting but there is no rush to do anything. I take my time and can even relax while I'm doing something else. I'm purging the "rat race" out of my blood.
